DamageRate: Increases the element damage by percent. DefenceRate: Increases the element defense by percent. Min/Max ATK: Adds extra element damage. For Instance: Base Damage of the Weapon: 500 Extra Fire Damage *fixed 100 (*Same value in Min. and Max.) In that case, you deal a Max. Damage of 600 total (500 damage of the weapons element + 100 extra Fire damage). If your enemy has a Fire defense of 50% you would only cause max. 50 extra fire damage (550 Max. Total Damage).
Random Scaling works exactly the same as explained above.
