Crowd Control are abilities that can change the behavior of the victim, Freeze, Slow or Curse him, use it for combos (deal extra damage on the target if it has a specific Crowd Control active), or anything else you have in mind!

Mainly used for Status effects (DT_StatusEffect) and Skills
